Retail Supervisor – Wynnewood Village

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and developing a high‑performing team. Responsibilities

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent. Act as manager on duty when scheduled, addressing customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues. Collaborate with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities. Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation of company directives. Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive. Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers. Drive in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge. Build genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience. Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates. Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and maintaining store appearance. Safely adhere to all safety standards and expectations. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications

Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast‑paced environment. Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting. Thrives in a customer‑first retail environment. Ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture. Effective communication skills and openness to feedback. Ability to provide in‑the‑moment coaching to associates. Ability to de‑escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education

High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience. Core Competencies
