Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager, located in Winfield, KS. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met. The Program Manager will also liaise with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with their expectations. Effective problem-solving and proactive risk management are key components of this role.
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including timeline and budget management
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
Proficiency in creative problem-solving
Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
