Primary responsibilities
include loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery, unloading and staging products at customer locations, representing TireHub professionally in all customer interactions, and maintaining safe driving practices while delivering exceptional customer service.

Role and Responsibilities
Distribution of tasks (general warehousing, delivery services, vehicle maintenance)
Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to/from transport vehicles
Applies safety standards for packing, labeling, palletizing, and bin locating of customer orders
Operates forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, following safety protocols
Participates in cycle counts and inventory control procedures
Collects payments on COD transactions
Maintains vehicle cleanliness and functions, performing pre/post‑trip inspections
Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs
Ensures compliance with TireHub policies and procedures
Engages in training modules and completes additional tasks assigned by Leadership
Competencies
Optimizes work processes for continuous improvement
Manages ambiguity and drives results under tough circumstances
Collaborates to meet shared objectives
Communicates effectively with diverse audiences
Qualifications
At least 1 year of general work experience
Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years of driving history, no permit)
Must be 19 years old or older
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically capable of lifting/pushing up to 50 lb, bending, twisting, and working up to 35 ft above ground
Frequent multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Accurate loading/unloading and placement of tires
Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift and 8 hours per day driving vehicles
Knowledge of Manifest, GPS and navigation systems
Forklift certification and valid driver’s license retained
Working Conditions
Physical lifting/pushing of tires up to 50 lb and other manual tasks
May handle hazardous materials and wear protective gear
Vision and safety equipment requirements (gloves, eyewear)
Operate equipment in non‑climate‑controlled warehouses and customer locations
Extended shifts, evenings, weekends and night driving may be required
Must not exceed 400 lb or 6 ft 3 in in height; reasonable accommodations available per ADA
