Logistics Specialist
to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our supply chain runs efficiently and effectively.
Job Summary The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating the outbound shipments and delivery of orders. You will manage shipment documents, analyze logistical problems, and develop effective solutions to keep operations on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor completed processed orders (outbound logistics).
Communicate with logistic vendors and internal personnel.
Plan and track the shipment of final orders according to customer requirements.
Manage accurate reporting for upper management.
Navigate any problems arising or complaints related to transportation and logistics.
Maintain and update logistics documentation including shipping records, invoices, and customs documents.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to optimize logistics flow.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
