We are an international team of ambitious engineers combining expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design. We are looking for a proactive Logistics Specialist to manage inbound deliveries, track components, and solve logistical challenges, being the local anchor for our international supply chain. Who you are

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment A proven track record in setting up or scaling logistics processes Solid knowledge of domestic and international shipping, including customs procedures and Incoterms A strong understanding of shipping operations, warehousing, and inventory management Hands‑on, process‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools is a plus Strong communication skills in German and English Why TYTAN?

Design, implement, and continuously improve end‑to‑end logistics processes Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all logistics and material handling activities Implement best practices in packaging, labelling, tracking, and shipping documentation Manage the receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labelling according to specifications Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners, both domestic and international Ensure customs requirements are being processed for material transfers outside Germany Manage logistic operations suppliers as required
