Coordinate technical and professional development training programs by managing participants, facilitators, program schedule and logistical requirements. Ensure CPE compliance for internal training course programs. Administration and upkeep of LMS system (LCvista) and other learning tools and content libraries, including entering and updating program and session records, assigning training, tracking attendance, creating reports, and editing or uploading recordings. Understand various state CPA, AICPA, IRS Enrolled Agent continuing education requirements and NASBA guidelines. Track jurisdictional CPE compliance and completion of learning plans and other assigned training. Coordinate all license and membership renewals. Manage training calendar, department email inbox, and L&D files and documentation; address learner inquiries. Foster vendor relationships through clear communications and regular follow-ups. Provide onsite conference and classroom training support, as needed. Assist the Learning & Development department with various projects, as needed. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree. LMS Administration using LCvista is a must. Familiarity with CPA licensure and CPE requirements across multiple jurisdictions. At least two years of experience assisting in business training, professional development, research and workshops. Qualifications
