Essential Functions and Primary Duties

Develop eLearning content, including self-study courses, microlearning, and job aids

Edit media and convert into SCORM‑compliant learning assets

Load, maintain and retire learning programs and assets in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Coordinate the gathering of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) documentation for qualified L&D programs

Monitor the L&D team email inbox and address various inquiries

Assist with the production of virtual learning events as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or minimum of 2 years of related experience in a learning and development function in a business environment preferred

Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories

Applies instructional design techniques to create quality learning content

Creates eLearning modules, preferably using Articulate 360 and Camtasia

Experienced in LMS administration

Strong organizational and task management skills

Excellent oral and written communication abilities

Effectively handles multiple stakeholders and points of input

Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, deadline‑driven environment, multi‑task and work independently

Adapts quickly to different needs, priorities and environments

Successfully interacts with professionals and stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

2‑3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position

Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally

Proficient use of applicable technology

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi‑task and prioritize
