$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Role Overview
The Project Development Associate will support project development efforts, including solar site assessments, permitting document preparation, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires prioritization, multitasking, effective communication, and organization. Primary Responsibilities
Assist Developers and Directors in project tasks with accuracy and organization. Evaluate site viability through visits and document reviews. Engage with landowners and assist with land and permit documents. Manage project files, budgets, and records. Coordinate utility interconnection and community outreach activities. Support other project development tasks as needed. Required Competencies
1-3 years in renewable energy development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel. Preferred Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS, project management tools, and Salesforce. Self-motivated with good prioritization skills. Knowledge of real estate titles and land documentation. About Pivot
