Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests. Manage commercial Agribusiness and farm accounts: negotiate new and renewal policies with carriers, prepare presentation and proposal materials, respond to policy inquiries, and verify policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy. Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage in collaboration with colleagues. Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the agency management system; maintain organization and attention to detail. Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with teammates. Deliver effective and efficient customer service with your designated sales and service team. Follow organization policies and procedures, adhere to sales and service standards and established workflows; maintain quality control through proper file documentation, confidentiality, and teamwork. Extensive knowledge of risks associated with Agribusiness (e.g., product recall, stock throughput, layered policies, and commercial processing and manufacturing). Client service advocate with a passion for exceptional customer service and support. Smart, with an understanding of business and people. Strong interpersonal skills; you enjoy helping people and delivering quality service even on challenging days. Team player who maintains positive relationships with colleagues and clients. Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines with accurate interactions with clients, colleagues, and carriers. Committed to learning and professional development; adaptable to industry changes and client needs. Marsh McLennan Agency offers a competitive compensation package. The base pay range for this position is $47,800-89,100 per year and will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing, and a benefits package including paid parental leave, medical leave, 401(k) savings, and other wellbeing programs.
