DirectViz Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Program Manager to manage a technical environment that integrates modern ITSM practices, multiple classified and unclassified DoD networks, diverse operating systems and hardware platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks to support the program's mission through secure, reliable, and adaptive IT and IM operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide project management support for Government project management activities. Project management support includes activities such as risk, issue, and opportunity management, identification of performance requirements, estimation of project costs, development of project plans, and identification of and achieving milestones throughout the project life cycle, from concept development, through initial system design, development, deployment, and maintenance. Provide effective management of project(s), project schedule(s), performance, risks, warranties, subcontracts (if applicable), deliverables, and data that enable the successful management and completion of all projects. Required Qualifications: Ten (10) years of professional management experience, with at least five (5) years in DoD or Navy IT systems. Experience should include administrative oversight handling of contractual matters, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, cost direction while serving as a liaison between the government representative and the COR. Must be knowledgeable of DoD contractual processes. Education
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (preferred). Preferred Skills And Knowledge
Certified PMP (PMI). Physical And Mental Qualifications
Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours. Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard. Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes. Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
