Supply Chain Manager . In this role you will play a critical role in driving Igloo’s end-to-end supply chain execution for the Walmart and Sam’s Club businesses. This position will collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain and cross-functional teams across order management, forecasting, production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery, accurate forecasting, and best-in-class service levels. As a vertically integrated manufacturer with a highly seasonal business spanning hard side coolers, soft side coolers, and hydration, this role requires strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage complex, fast-moving supply dynamics. This role will serve as the day-to-day operational lead for replenishment activities, translating insights and data into action to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage item-level replenishment for Walmart and Sam’s Club across multiple categories. Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain to forecast and manage inventory levels that balance service and efficiency. Monitor instock, OTIF, and lead-time performance; identify risks and execute action plans to resolve issues. Maintain replenishment accuracy using Retail Link, Scintilla, and Igloo internal systems. Partner with Order Management and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate weekly order cycles, allocations, and replenishment flow from factory to DC to store. Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or system errors in collaboration with internal and Walmart partners. Support the demand planning process by providing POS trends, seasonality insights, and promotional forecasts. Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain and production teams to align manufacturing schedules with demand peaks. Help manage inventory build plans tied to seasonal resets, modular transitions, and new item introductions. Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart’s replenishment and supply chain teams. Represent Igloo in weekly replenishment calls, providing data-driven insights and clear communication on actions. Drive accountability across internal teams to deliver on Walmart supply chain KPIs. Partner with the Sales, Analytics, and eCommerce teams on forecasts, promotions, and distribution strategies. Work closely with CTL and transportation partners to ensure timely routing, freight management, and delivery optimization. Support business reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into performance and upcoming risks. What do we offer?

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of replenishment or supply chain experience in a CPG or consumer goods environment. Strong knowledge of Walmart systems (Retail Link, Scintilla, Madrid, NOVA, Supplier One, etc). Experience managing seasonal or promotional categories is highly desirable. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus.> Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fun and engaging environment. Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a sense of ownership and accountability.
