Manage the charge master, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with coding and billing regulations Analyze and report on charge capture issues, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance revenue cycle processes and address charge-related concerns Conduct root cause analysis on billing errors and implement corrective action plans Present findings and educational materials to clients regarding charge processes and compliance updates Qualifications
3-5 years of related experience in revenue cycle management or a similar field Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Epic, Excel, and SQL queries Strong knowledge of CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Qualifications
