About the Role
We are a fast-growing human resources solutions company providing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), executive search, staffing, and flexible workforce services. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to acquire new clients, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the HR services market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients across targeted industry sectors
Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and talent strategies
Promote and sell recruitment solutions, including RPO, staffing, and executive search services
Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and pipeline goals
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Build strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful service execution
Provide market feedback on trends, pricing, competition, and opportunities
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales forecasts and activity reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2–5 years of B2B sales experience
Experience in HR services / recruitment / staffing / workforce outsourcing strongly preferred
Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build relationships and generate revenue from enterprise accounts
High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Background
Prior success selling RPO, contingent staffing, recruitment, or HR tech solutions
Existing network with HR / TA / procurement stakeholders is a strong advantage
Track record of managing a sales pipeline & closing B2B contracts
