Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner Maintaining inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products What you'll do

Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner. Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintain product safety and follow sanitation guidelines; adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; utilize digital tools; use perpetual inventory management to stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and respond to customer needs. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and modeling high quality service; execute basics at the highest level; show energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use Open Door Policy; apply these in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; address improvement opportunities and adapt to change.
