Base pay range $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members

Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have

Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area

Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner

Maintain inventory to avoid out-of-stock and over-stock products

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources

Understand quality specifications; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation

Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates

Drive performance of area; manage inventory, rotate products, enforce quality and date control; eliminate waste; guide peers; assist customers per company policies

Advocate for department and club; model high-quality service; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion

Comply with policies, procedures, ethics; use Open Door Policy

Complete work assignments by using policies, data, resources; collaborate across teams; determine priorities and recommend improvements; adapt and learn from feedback

Minimum Qualifications

18 years of age or older

Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period if hired

Experience with produce and customer service in retail environment
