Card Operations Associate (Temporary / Project Basis)

Camarillo, CA (in-office)
Pay:
$18–$22/hr
Schedule:
Mon, Tue, Fri — 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
About the Role Pulltrader is seeking a Card Operations Associate to help process and prepare trading cards for intake into our Fulfilled by Pulltrader program. You’ll handle sorting, verification, and inventory prep for our consignment and marketplace operations—supporting a system that helps collectors and shops sell more efficiently.
Responsibilities
Sort and alphabetize trading cards by consignor, player, and category.
Verify card details and condition before intake.
Remove cards from sleeves and toploaders for processing as necessary.
Enter and update inventory into our systems.
Review uploaded data for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and basic fulfillment as needed.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience handling trading cards or other collectibles preferred.
Basic computer literacy (Excel or similar tools).
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sports, Pokémon, or TCG cards is a plus.
