Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized
Healthcare Operations Coordinator with Sonographer experience
to support the day-to-day functions of our operations team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating administrative and operational activities, maintaining systems and schedules, supporting clinic operations, and ensuring communication across internal teams and external stakeholders is smooth and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational and communication skills, and thrives in a healthcare or data-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and communication between internal teams and clinic partners.
Assist in organizing audits, quality reviews, and follow-up actions across clinics and operational departments.
Manage internal documentation and operational records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and data tracking using Excel and/or other reporting tools.
Monitor progress on key operational initiatives, flag issues, and help implement process improvements.
Coordinate travel logistics, meetings, and internal events as needed.
Respond to operational inquiries from clinics and elevate issues as appropriate.
Qualifications Required
Located in or near Houston, TX.
Sonographer experience is a must.
2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role (preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, formatting, filtering, basic formulas).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Professional, resourceful, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Onsite: 2+ days a week in clinic.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, clinic, or analytics setting.
Familiarity with Athena, ECW and Epic systems, scheduling software, or project management tools.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare operations a plus.
Experience working with remote teams or multi-site coordination.
