About the Role / What You’ll Work On The Advisors & Integrations Mission Team provides a seamless, connected ecosystem that saves partners and their clients time and money. As a Group Product Manager, you’ll lead and advocate for one or more teams with full ownership over our integration partners.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the product vision for each integration partner, working cross‑functionally to manage this work across multiple mission‑team roadmaps.
Align strategy and execution by turning company objectives into actionable team goals and OKRs.
Partner deeply with Revenue leadership to develop a best‑in‑class integration experience.
Ensure products and features are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Lead customer and partner‑focused product development from ideation to execution while ensuring the customer’s voice guides scope and priorities.
Build and coach your team in customer‑centric practices, promoting consistent, customer‑driven processes throughout the PDLC.
Improve product performance by analyzing launch results and metrics, gathering feedback, sharing insights, and planning iterative enhancements.
Advocate for robust technical roadmaps by understanding engineering perspectives, balancing technical debt, and collaborating on future‑flexible architectures.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing updates on product status, timelines, and any blockers.
Proactively take on opportunities beyond core responsibilities to support product strategy and drive impact.

Nimble learning – learn through experimentation and iteration.
Plans and aligns – break down objectives into initiatives and actions; stage activities with milestones.
Business insight – apply knowledge of the marketplace to advance organization goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of product development leadership with partner‑facing responsibilities and 7 years as a product manager in a modern technology business.
Experience building commercially successful integrations in a highly regulated domain (e.g., fintech or healthcare) is a plus.
Experience leading complex, cross‑team initiatives from ideation to execution.
Background in technical products or computer science (or similar).
Track record of shipping continuous product improvements to an existing product portfolio at scale.
High bar for product quality and user experience; skilled at breaking down ambiguous problems.
Strong problem‑solving skills and deep user empathy.
Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills, using clear frameworks and story‑telling.
Experience coaching and mentoring individual contributors.
Preferred: Experience at high‑growth companies or in a founder/GM capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in late‑stage or mature B2B SaaS.
Compensation The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $210,000.00 to $262,500.00 per year.
