Product Manager - Integrations
We’re building a fully integrated hospitality platform that powers properties in 150 countries and transforms hotel operations. As a Product Manager (PM) – Integrations, you’ll work cross‑functionally to design and launch external system integrations that meet the diverse needs of our global customers.

How You'll Make an Impact Working with external partners and internal engineering, you’ll own the roadmap from partner discovery through launch and ongoing enhancement. Your day‑to‑day includes:
Managing and prioritizing the integration roadmap.
Serving as Product Owner of a cross‑functional scrum team.
Researching, documenting and defining partner integration requirements.
Defining the user experience for seamless 3rd‑party API integrations.
Planning and executing pilot, release and go‑to‑market activities.
Collaborating with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Measuring and acting on integration success metrics.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of proven experience delivering SaaS products with excellent user experiences.
2+ years of product management in a hospitality or related technology area.
Experience with regional tax compliance, fiscal reporting or government‑mandated invoicing (e.g., electronic invoicing, fiscal receipts) in the EU or LATAM.
Proficiency in technical APIs and integration methodology.
Full product lifecycle expertise: ideation, design, adoption goals, planning, execution, and iteration.
Track record of launching products into market and driving adoption.
Agile development experience, preferably in Scrum.
Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and cross‑functional partners.
Strong attention to detail for user stories and acceptance criteria.
Adaptability to fast‑changing environment and data‑driven decision making.
Bonus Skills
Prior product management for solutions involving third‑party integration.
Ability to read and design solutions from API documentation.
Cross‑cultural communication skills.
