Our client, a leading organization in beverage manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Maintenance and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$120,000 - $150,000
What's the Job?
Manage and enhance preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and operator engagement.
Oversee the annual repair and maintenance budget, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and waste.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in regulatory compliance, safety, and sustainability programs.
Support small capital projects in collaboration with the engineering team.
Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 7-9 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years leading a maintenance team.
Experience with beverage manufacturing, particularly in canning, bottling, blow molding, hot fill, and aseptic processes.
Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems, including ammonia refrigeration and waste treatment systems.
Proficiency with CMMS software, such as EMaint, for planning and analyzing maintenance activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
