What a day at EXP has in store for you Hands on supervision of CEI (Construction Engineering and Inspection) project management team. Establish and maintain client relations and monitoring of all construction and financial activities on project. Focus on quality and customer service excellence, candidate will lead the overall direction of project through effective leadership.

What Your Experience Looks Like

Candidates must have experience as a Project Administrator on Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Expressway Authority or other Federal Highway Administration funded projects.

Qualifications include the ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing); direct highly complex and specialized engineering administration and inspection program; plan and organize work of subordinates and staff members; develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures; and review programs for conformance with FDOT standards.

Must be qualified in the respective CTQP / FDOT certifications.

Candidates must be proficient in all computer programs required to perform the duties of this position. MS Word / Excel software required.
