We are a growing company looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO! Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on apartment communities, including cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, and completing maintenance service requests. Repair appliances, perform painting, and handle apartment turnovers as needed. Take emergency calls and respond to after-hours requests as required. Collaborate with team members to provide quality customer service and maintain property standards. Qualifications
Experience with plumbing and electrical work preferred (hands-on training provided). Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to take emergency after-hour calls. Compensation and Benefits
