4400 Syracuse Apartments in Denver, CO !
The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
Responsibilities
Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas.
Completing maintenance service requests.
Appliance repairs and painting.
Apartment turnovers.
Handling emergency calls and more.
Qualifications
Prefer experience in apartment maintenance.
Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) – a must.
Customer service attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
Reliable transportation.
Availability for on‑call rotation.
Compensation and Benefits
$24‑$26/hour DOE.
Monthly bonuses.
10 days Paid Time Off per year.
10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year.
48 hours of paid sick time.
