This position works in Solutions’ Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention service, a Minnesota Medicaid funded program which assists children with autism learn language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor and communication development. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts behavioral assessments, direct behaviorally based interventions and behavioral consultation services to identified clients with autism, developmental disabilities, or other mental health or behavioral disorders. It collects and reviews program data to ensure efficient program implementation. It helps train behavior intervention staff to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) and provides their subsequent supervision. This position works closely with the assigned Mental Health Professional in the planning and overseeing treatment. The BCBA provides clinical leadership and direction to the treatment team and is key to the quality assurance of the program. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Solutions is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with expertise and experience in autism. Eligible individuals have a master’s degree in a human service field and hold certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. An underfill may be considered. We need someone who is adept at connecting with children and families in a culturally competent manner, energetic, kind, and patient. An ideal BCBA candidate is someone who can provide competent and ethical clinical supervision to staff, bringing solid leadership to the clinic. They would lead and support practices to maintain our accreditation and model interventions while providing helpful feedback to ensure program fidelity. This candidate should have the skills to work in a brisk clinic setting. Successful individuals are self-starters, team players, and have a desire to make a difference. WHY APPLY?
