Business Development Manager

For over 70 years Blackmon Mooring / BMSCAT has been restoring homes and businesses after disasters—fire, water damage, mold, storm recovery, and more. We’re looking for a Business Development & Commercial Account Management professional to drive growth and make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and key decision‑makers across real estate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and other industries.
Develop strategies to expand our client base while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
Lead marketing and outreach: represent BMSCAT at industry events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities.
Support clients through the recovery process, ensuring exceptional service and long‑term trust.
Collaborate with our team: work closely with operations, manage CRM systems to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
Enhance client communication: assist with BMS events and provide updates to clients.
Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission.
