Project Coordinator

Enchanted Rock is a leader and innovator of Electrical Resiliency‑As‑A‑Service, offering advanced dual‑purpose microgrids that protect critical infrastructure and communities from unexpected power outages. Our microgrids use natural gas and renewable natural gas (RNG) to provide reliable power with zero or reduced carbon emissions, powered by the GraniteEcosystem™ software system for 24/7 monitoring, optimization, and forecasting.
What You’ll Do
Manage project schedules and deliverables throughout all phases.
Coordinate contractor registration and permitting activities.
Interface with gas and electrical utilities and other stakeholders.
Identify potential problems and collaborate with the Project Manager to develop solutions.
Work closely with procurement to handle material and subcontractor quotations and purchase orders.
Issue and manage document transmittals and respond to project‑related queries.
Maintain proper project paperwork and ensure all documents are filed and stored.
Communicate effectively with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to keep activities on track.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Compile final project records as part of the closeout process.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of audiences.
Ability to build constructive, effective relationships with a diverse group of business partners.
Experience working within agile methodologies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to follow up on incomplete tasks and drive them to completion.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Support multiple projects and project managers simultaneously.
Provide schedule updates and maintain document control.
Demonstrated Document Control skills.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 1 year of technical field experience, specifically with energy and technology.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
Strong business acumen to drive buy‑in and enable transformation.
Field travel required.
Physical requirements: mobility in a standard office setting, ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and clear vision and hearing for communication.
