E-commerce Order Management: Monitor all open e-commerce orders to ensure timely fulfillment and identify out-of-stock (OOS) inventory issues. Invoice Processing: Download and organize FedEx invoices for team review and categorize shipping spend for reporting. Customer Service Support: Respond to inquiries from the Customer Service team regarding inventory availability and order status. Inbound Logistics: Manage Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) for all returns and inbound inventory received at the NYC office. Supply Management: Track packaging and supply levels at our distribution facility and our NYC office; alert the team of low stock as needed to maintain adequate stock. Fulfillment Partner Coordination: Handle product allocations and ad hoc inventory requests to/from our 3PL (e.g., store transfers, photo shoots, sample pulls). International Shipments: Partner with FedEx to release international orders through customs; monitor outbound tracking and proactively communicate delays to internal teams. Project Support: Assist with special operational initiatives and seasonal projects such as trunk shows, sample sales, and ad hoc requests. Qualifications
3+ years of operations, logistics, or fulfillment experience (e-commerce experience preferred). Strong organizational skills with top-tier attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable navigating fulfillment or shipping platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Benefits
