Warehouse Operations Manager

to lead a large-scale distribution center serving clients in retail, e-commerce, and consumer goods. This is a key leadership role with hands-on responsibility for workforce management, logistics coordination, and continuous process improvement. If you are ready to take charge of a fast-paced warehouse operation and drive performance through team development and process discipline, this is the right opportunity for you. As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee all warehousing functions including inbound receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping. You'll lead a team of 40+ associates across multiple shifts, ensuring customer service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and accuracy. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with a passion for logistics and a proven ability to manage KPIs in high-volume environments. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations from receiving to shipping

Manage labor planning, training, and shift scheduling

Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement

Maintain compliance with OSHA, company policies, and safety procedures

Work closely with supply chain, transportation, and customer service teams

Ensure accurate inventory management and data reporting via WMS

Lead safety initiatives and conduct regular audits and inspections

Provide coaching and development opportunities for leads and associates

Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse leadership or operations management role

Experience in a 3PL or high-volume fulfillment environment highly preferred

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Manhattan, SAP)

Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and reducing costs

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
