The AVP in the Middle Office will support MUFG’s initiative to become a US Government Primary Dealer. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, managing FR2004 reporting, supporting Fed’s FOMC Operations, and assisting with the Fixed Income trading businesses. The role involves handling middle office functions such as FR2004 reporting, supporting Fed Auctions, and managing trade lifecycles for Flow Products Rates and Credit Trading Desks and Institutional Investor Sales Desks. Responsibilities

Deep knowledge of FR2004 reporting requirements, responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly submissions and ad hoc requests from the Fed. Work with Business Analysts and vendors to gather requirements, assess capabilities, analyze data, and assist with documentation and infrastructure setup. Facilitate regulatory information gathering and submission processes for broker-dealer onboarding. Assist with system configuration, setup, and testing. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to understand application and reporting obligations. Support US Federal Open Market Operations. Knowledge of Broadridge systems is a plus. Provide training on reporting requirements and communication protocols. Coordinate with Fed Settlements teams regarding FRB processes, FICC netting, and Fedwire settlement. Monitor tickets for cancellations and corrections, and manage related actions. Send trade recaps to clients and handle allocations. Respond to client emails and queries. Monitor Trading Panel and MOCCA for trade matching and acceptance. Act as liaison between Front Office and Settlements & P&S teams. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a broker-dealer or financial institution. Thorough understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in brokerage systems such as Bloomberg and Broadridge (BPS and IMPACT). The base salary range for this role is $90K–$120K, depending on experience and location.
