Adjunct Instructor of Graduate Psychology On the foundation of faith, wisdom and trust in Providence, Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) prepares graduates to transform their communities, families and professions. OLLU, founded in 1895 by the Congregation of Divine Providence, is a coeducational comprehensive institution with an enrollment of more than 3,100 students. With its main residential campus in San Antonio and non-traditional programs in San Antonio, Houston, the Rio Grande Valley (La Feria), and online, OLLU has a presence in two of the largest cities in Texas, the border region, and literally around the world. The University offers more than 30 undergraduate majors and minors, 14 master\'s programs and three doctoral programs through its College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business and Leadership, and the College of Professional Studies. OLLU offers classes in daytime, evening, weekend and online formats. Responsibilities
The Psychology Department at Our Lady of the Lake University is currently seeking applicants for an Adjunct (Part-Time) Instructor for the graduate programs in psychology (PsyD in Counseling Psychology and MS in Psychology with concentrations in School Psychology, and Family Therapy). Teach graduate courses in the PsyD in Counseling Psychology and MS in Psychology programs. Provide supervision of practicum students where applicable. Contribute to course design and delivery with focus on areas including theory and practice of psychotherapy (individual, couple, family, and group), supervision of practicum students, consultation, psychological assessment and diagnosis, lifespan development, ethics, cognition, behavioral neuroscience, and research methods. Qualifications
A minimum of a doctoral degree in psychology, school psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related area along with clinical and/or applied experience and demonstrated effectiveness in teaching. Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor status is preferred for teaching courses in the Family Therapy concentration of the MS program. Licensure as a psychologist is preferred for teaching in the PsyD program. Additional Information
