Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)- Pediatric Home Health
Location:
Eagle Pass Schedule: Part-time 10 to 24 visits per week OR full-time 25 or more visits per week Schedule: Day time and afterschool hours needed! We are looking for either part-time or full-time Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Role Overview: As a COTA with Amazing Care, you'll work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to help children achieve their developmental goals through therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Support the assessment of patients' abilities and limitations through standardized and non-standardized tests. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and daily living strategies. Stay current with the latest best practices, regulations, and professional standards of care. Maintain detailed documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and any changes in condition. Prepare reports for patient evaluations, discharge planning, and team meetings.
