Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care residents
Collaborate with facility staff to integrate therapy into residents\' care plans
Maintain clear, effective communication with care teams and patients
Support new graduates and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT)
Ability to work PRN with a flexible schedule
