Are you Physical Therapist (DPT) seeking a new job in an innovative independent living community in Holt, MI? We are looking for a Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a senior community where onsite therapy (PT, OT, ST) will be provided to residents. You are caring, innovative, and collaborative. We are too. As a Physical Therapist (DPT), you help people move, maximize mobility, manage pain and chronic conditions, and prevent future problems. You are a motivator, coach, and teacher who uncovers and builds on people’s goals. Your expertise enables people to recover, regain or maintain independence, and lead active lives. You problem-solve, stay flexible, share knowledge, and grow with a high-performing team because those teams deliver the best care. This role supports both short-term rehab and long-term care residents. You will fully integrate with the facility’s team, so strong communication is vital. Provide physical therapy services to residents (short-term rehab and long-term care) as part of an integrated therapy team. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff to support goals and optimize outcomes. Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative therapy program and continue professional growth. Be flexible and proactive in delivering care that aligns with each resident’s goals and independence.
