InPwr, Inc. is looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team. Create and revise estimates, proposals, and change orders for current and prospective jobs. Collaborate with business development and project management to build proposals with accurate labor, time, and materials estimates. Identify project cost trends to support cost reduction and process improvements across projects and the team. Coordinate project handoff between estimating and project management once a project is awarded. Obtain material and equipment quotes from vendors and suppliers; review quotes for accuracy against quote requests. Perform takeoffs for assigned projects and oversee all takeoffs for team lead projects. Lead bids by interpreting RFPs and bid documents; delegate tasks based on experience and ability. Lead design/build bids by identifying and quantifying project unknowns or ambiguities. Train new estimators in the department’s strategies and processes. Engage in weekly outreach and follow-up on pending bids. Qualifications
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or an Electrical Journeyman’s License. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; ability to learn new software quickly. Working knowledge of the National Electric Code and electrical theory. Proficient in reading construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and datasheets. Experience in layout of electrical equipment and systems, including design/build concepts such as electrical one-lines and feeder/branch circuit analysis. Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues analytically and timely, offering alternative solutions. Effective time management and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Be a team leader, balancing individual and team responsibilities with overall bid success as a priority. Self-motivated and flexible to accommodate changes in InPwr’s business strategies. Ability to travel on a scheduled or occasional basis. Benefits

Minimum of 8 years of electrical industry estimating experience. Experience in large commercial, industrial, or water treatment projects preferred. Working knowledge of estimating software such as Accubid. Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or Electrical Journeyman’s License. Essential Functions
