Speech therapist for home health

Always Best Care is looking to add a part-time speech therapist to our energetic Home Health team. We seek a dedicated individual who will provide quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of individuals in need of speech therapy services. Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy evaluation, assessment, and treatment to clients in accordance with physician orders and plan of care, under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Guide patients in performing exercises and activities. Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques. Write professional evaluations and re-assessments with individualized goals and objectives for each patient.
