As the Austin area developers for VIO Med Spa and in partnership with our acclaimed Medical Director and Plastic Surgeon, Alan Durkin, MD we are seeking a committed partnership. With over 60 open locations nationwide, we want you to be a part of the largest medical spa franchise in the US.
We are offering a $5000 training sign on bonus for joining our team. We have outlined the specifics of our job description below. We cannot wait to meet you!
POSITION SUMMARY We are currently seeking experienced Aesthetic NP and RN Injectors with a passion for non-surgical facial rejuvenation. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
The ideal candidate will have injectable experience and certifications in neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau) and dermal fillers like Juvéderm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra. Candidates should possess a Texas Nursing Board RN or NP license and demonstrate a strong background in customer service and patient care.
As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for performing guest assessments, developing treatment plans, providing aesthetic injections and treatments in an elevated boutique medical spa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics, driven to be the most knowledgeable and possess technically advanced skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain guest medical history and conduct GFE
Perform clinical assessments
Develop customized treatment plans and set goals
Administer Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Biostimulators, PRF and PRF EZ Gel treatments, Wellness
Address guest questions and concerns
Train and educate additional NP/RN Injectors
Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendor reps
Collaborate with Injectors, Medical Aestheticians, Body Care Providers, Medical Director and Manager
Perform inventory counts and assist with ordering and organization
QUALIFICATIONS
RN, BSN or Nurse Practitioner Texas License
Team oriented, collaborative, passionate about aesthetics
Ability to listen and make recommendations to address guest goals
Exceptional organization and communication skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic artistry
Proficient in selecting and injection techniques with multiple brands
Dermatology, Medical Spa and/or Plastic Surgery experience
Knowledgeable in various medical spa services, products, and skin care best practices
Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed
Full-time and Part-time positions available
PAY
$55/hr - $75/hr (based on experience and licensure)
Commission pay
$5000 sign on training bonus
