The Opportunity Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Analyst to join our team in the additive manufacturing cell. The qualified candidate will have primary responsibility for working in a lean manufacturing cell implementing new gas turbine engines component part designs and developing process improvements for existing designs. This position also will include creating part manufacturing process plans, performing process development, and tool design. The Manufacturing Analyst - Additive duties will include: Provide feedback to design engineers during gate review and release processes Support, simulate, and slice build files for parts using specialized AM software Author manufacturing process plans including build and post-processing operations Monitor hardware throughout build and post-processing steps and ensure that solutions to manufacturing issues are incorporated into future designs Collect and record information useful for future builds Analyze dimensional inspection data to determine if changes are needed to part design or build setup Provide technical guidance on new capital equipment purchases Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred 5 + years of related experience in engineering/manufacturing, with focus on additive manufacturing required The candidate must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects Candidates should be self-motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills U. S. Citizenship status required Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
