Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $43.00 – $50.00 (based on experience/mobile)

Monthly Bonus: Up to $600/month

Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 (full‑time positions)

PTO: 25 days in first year

Position Summary The Mobile Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and Assistants to perform radiologic diagnostic services across multiple sites. Responsibilities include x‑ray procedures, reporting, equipment maintenance, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform x‑ray services under the medical provider’s direction, including accurate positioning and protection of patients.

Travel between sites to provide diagnostic imaging as needed.

Document daily equipment checks, calibrations, and quality‑control logs, and submit repair tickets.

Assist patients in wheelchair transfers and maintain patient comfort and safety.

Respond promptly to evolving patient and operational needs.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of medical office management systems.

Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and patient‑management software.

Service‑oriented and socially perceptive.

Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Education & Qualifications

High School Diploma (required). Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required).

Certifications at Time of Hire

Basic Life Support (BLS) via Red Cross or AHA.

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration.

State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.

Valid State Driver’s License.

Successful MVR background check.

Experience

Previous clinical experience preferred.
