The UW Medical Center-Montlake Outpatient Pharmacy has an outstanding opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician.
Work Schedule
Full‑time / 40 hours per week
Day shift
Position expected to last one year
Position Highlights

All activities performed under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Perform certified order entry of medication orders into the ambulatory pharmacy computer system.
Fill prescriptions and assist patients with new prescriptions and refills.
Assist in preparation of compound pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Required Position Qualifications
Six months of experience as a pharmacy assistant or equivalent education/experience.
Legal Requirements State of Washington Pharmacy Technician certification. UW Medicine requires a pre‑employment drug screen.
Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $61,752.00 – $91,104.00 annual.
Union: SEIU Local 925 Healthcare Prof/Lab Tech. Temporary position, 100% FTE, First shift (United States).
