Full-Time Generalist Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT/MLS II)
for Core Lab, located at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Eligible for a $10,000 automatic sign-on bonus. Position Details
Overnight shift: 6:30pm – 7:00am 3 12-hour shifts per week Differentials for night, weekend, and holiday shifts; increase in hourly wages Weekend and Holiday Rotation: Every 3rd weekend; 1–2 holidays per year Full-time, non-remote, Generalist Lab Technologist Core Lab responsibilities: Customer service, sendouts, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology/Coagulation, Processing, Urinalysis Lab equipment: Cerner Millennium (LIS), Epic, Instrument Manager, Sysmex WAM, Cellavision, Bio-Rad Unity, WellSky, Roche, Ortho-Visions Experience
Lab experience (preferred) Requirements

Operate all instrumentation in assigned areas to deliver precise, timely, and accurate laboratory results; perform testing and operate equipment as necessary to deliver quality results Train new laboratory personnel in methods, procedures, and use of equipment and instruments specific to the area Perform quality controls for all equipment and troubleshoot malfunctioning instrumentation; assess technical or instrument problems and determine appropriate solutions Report and maintain records of patient test results through the laboratory computer system, meeting turnaround times for routine testing and stat requests Participate in performance improvement activities and initiatives; handle quality functions in an organized and timely fashion Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Less than 2 years Licenses & Certifications: ASCP, AMT, AAB or equivalent or eligible Preferred Qualifications
