BJC HealthCare System is hiring a full-time Interventional Radiologic Technologist – Advanced Modality at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Interventional Radiology Mallinckrodt Department. New grads, upcoming grads, and experienced Radiologic Technologists are welcome to apply. Responsibilities
Work independently with a multidisciplinary team performing fluoroscopic imaging procedures. Perform image post-processing and circulating procedures. Participate in PDP program and Radiology Leadership Development Program. Cross-train opportunities and work/life balance initiatives. Utilize Siemens Fluoro units, GE Ultrasound, and Epic systems. Support call rotations for weeknights and weekends as required. Qualifications and Requirements
Associate degree or higher in a related field. Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)). Experience: No IR Tech experience required; willingness to train. X-ray techs seeking cross-training in Interventional Radiology are encouraged to apply. Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI); RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES. Preferred/Additional Experience
Experience with cross-training in Interventional Radiology is preferred. Two years of related experience is preferred. CPR and Intravenous Therapy certifications are preferred. Position Details
Full-Time, 36 hours per week 10-hour day shifts, four days per week (7:30am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday) Call rotation required for weeknights and weekends Benefits
