Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff for optimal outcomes.
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Document patient care activities and surgical procedures accurately.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license in Indiana with relevant operating room experience.
Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Proven ability to assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.
Experience maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with surgeons and medical staff.
Knowledge of the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Strong documentation skills for patient care activities and surgical procedures.
Ability to utilize data for assessing and enhancing operational efficiency.
