Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient care for patients with endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic endocrine conditions.

Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and best practices.

Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.

Utilize Epic EMR for documentation, ordering, and communication.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.
