Mobile Wound Services of Louisiana is seeking
Full-Time Nurse Practitioner
to work with an exciting new Mobile Wound Care unit to assist patients in the Alexandria, Natchitoches and Shreveport, LA areas in person and via telehealth.
Mobile Wound Services of Louisiana provides wound care to patients who have limited mobility. We seek to become the leaders in providing cost effective wound care to a variety of patients including those with non-healing wounds requiring advanced wound care techniques.

Essential Daily Duties Include
Provide a comprehensive assessment for patients referred for wound services
Provide regular visits to ensure continued healing of difficult wounds
Provide innovative biological wound care in the home and nursing home settings
Interpret laboratory and test results
Provide referral services as needed to ensure a comprehensive wound care treatment plan
Qualifications
Current Louisiana license required
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of situations
Wound Care certification preferred, but not required
Willing to complete a wound care certification course within 6 months of hire, company will pay for training
Ability to learn new software systems
