Pay $21.17+ per hour. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications, as well as market and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions following established training.
Research test/client information and confirm all orders using laboratory technology systems and approved tools.
Accurately navigate a computer and enter data.
Obtain identification and enter billing information, collecting payments when required in accordance with corporate policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as required.
Perform non‑patient‑facing duties (inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and email).
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance logs, temperature logs) in a timely manner.
Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.
Qualifications
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
The position requires effective communication in English.
