Provide anesthesia using safe and quality techniques during inpatient procedures. Collaborate with perioperative and clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Support a small but mighty team known for close collaboration and excellent patient outcomes. CRNA Requirements
Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, Master’s Degree or higher required. Registered Nurse licensure from the North Carolina Board of Nursing + current certification/recertification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board. Current CPR Certification – ACLS, BLS. Ability to demonstrate clinical competency within the scope of granted privileges. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse clinical teams. Work/Life Balance: combination of 8-hour and 10-hour schedules. CME Reimbursement: up to $2,500 and up to 5 additional PTO days/year for Continuing Medical Education. Generous PTO: accrual starting at 25 days/year for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters. Parental benefits include six weeks of paid maternity leave for birthing mothers and four weeks of paid parental leave. Retirement: up to 6% employer-paid retirement contributions. Sign-On Bonus: up to $100,000 in recruitment incentives, subject to eligibility. Relocation Assistance: up to $7,500, subject to eligibility. SRNA Education Assistance: monthly educational payments up to $12,000 in the final year of schooling, subject to eligibility.
