Join our team as a Radiologic Technologist at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Greensboro, NC. This full‑time, 36‑hour position offers a sign‑on bonus of up to $15,000 and a competitive pay range of $26.10–$39.15 per hour.
Essential Functions
Perform diagnostic x‑ray procedures using state‑of‑the‑art equipment while adhering to safety guidelines and limiting radiation exposure.
Maintain accurate patient records and image archives, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Coordinate patient schedules, assist radiologists with invasive procedures, and provide clerical support as needed.
Provide emergency on‑call coverage and support patient care in a fast‑paced urgent‑care environment.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and must become registered within 12 months of hire.
Certified in BCLS (CPR) and hold specialty certifications relevant to urgent‑care imaging.
Minimum six months of experience as a diagnostic radiologic technologist preferred; one year of experience with patients preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain daily schedules and manage competing demands.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with imaging software.
Capacity to work effectively in a team environment and respond to changing patient needs.
Physical Requirements Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lb. and 100 lb. as required. Ability to bend, reach, and use hand dexterity while performing imaging duties.
