Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Respiratory Care Services, the NICU Respiratory Therapy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and applying respiratory services within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care for newborns and infants.

Qualifications Minimum Education:

Completion of two (2) years of an approved respiratory care program or equivalent.

Minimum Experience/Skills:

Three to five years of experience in all phases of acute respiratory care preferred.

License & Certificates:

Current California RCP license, BLS, and NRP.

Salary:

$51.18 – $81.91 hourly (individual wages based on qualifications and experience).
