Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 (eligible for qualified candidates) Shift Schedules: 36‑hour, 3×12‑hour shifts; Day 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Night 7:00 pm – 7:00 am; Weekend rotation Location: Baptist Medical Center, Winston‑Salem, NC Department: Bone Marrow Transplant (7th Floor Cancer Center) Benefits

Take care of patients and families using the nursing process—assessments, planning, treatments, education, evaluations—following hospital policies Maintain safety and comfort via privacy protection, proper technology use, professional conduct Communicate effectively with the entire care team and share patient information throughout the journey Demonstrate professional skills, join the team, follow standards, learn, and take responsibility for actions Advocate for patient voice in hospital and community settings Manage patient care efficiently, prioritize tasks, and improve patient outcomes Participate in shared decision‑making, foster a positive work environment, and grow in the role Qualifications
At least 1 year RN experience Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines About Atrium Health
