Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical industrial equipment in a corrugated packaging plant. Troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical components on large-scale production machinery. Participate in preventive maintenance (PMs) and support continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to all safety regulations and plant safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Provide resolutions to mechanical and electrical problems to keep the plant running at peak performance. Install, maintain, and calibrate sensors, transducers, and measuring instruments; work with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMIs; diagnose electrical faults in complex machinery (e.g., corrugators, printing presses, die cutters, material handling systems). Assist with installation and commissioning of new production equipment and control systems; collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic technicians to resolve issues. Document maintenance work, parts used, and system changes; participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve machine reliability. Provide support for mechanical maintenance tasks as needed to ensure production uptime, including predictive maintenance activities. What You Need To Succeed

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in manufacturing (corrugated/paper/heavy industry a plus). Experience with 480V three-phase systems and various control voltages; proficient with electrical test equipment (multimeters, ammeters, megohmmeters). Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams; troubleshoot and program PLCs and VFDs. Massachusetts Electrical license or equivalent certification. Willingness to work on both mechanical and electrical projects; strong safety awareness. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently; manage time effectively and handle emergency repairs. Excellent communication skills; high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or technical certification is a plus. Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Work in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment with exposure to heat, dust, and chemicals. Primarily first shift, with willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call as required. The starting rate is $34–$40 per hour, based on experience.
